Suppressed File Links, Not To Be Re-Cataloged After Manual Deletion

Files that were cataloged, but are then for some reason not wanted in the library after all, can be deleted from the library so as not to clutter it up.  A record of them is kept on file so they are not re-cataloged.

This screen displays those suppressed file links and enables them to be deleted so they can be re-cataloged.
