Content Pool

This screen contains all of DLRoundup's items, both library and inventory, thus making everything in DLRoundup available to be assigned as campaign content.

Content Pool items can be assigned and deassigned by dragging and dropping them between the Content Pool screen and the Campaigns screen.

Acquired tab (New in 2.0)

• sorts data by date acquired

Campaign tab (New in 2.0)

• when the Campaigns screen is open, then only items that are content of the currently selected campaign are displayed
• the left pointing triangle indicates which items are content of the currently selected campaign

Campaign Count column (New in 2.0)

Note: the Content Pool screen and the Campaigns screen are designed to be used together, side-by-side (with the Campaigns screen to the left of the Content Pool screen, for instance).  This makes it easy to drag and drop content back and forth.

Also, the Library Master screen can now also be used for drag-n-dropping content to a campaign (New in 2.0)

[Campaigns] button (New in 2.0)

Shows which Campaign(s) a product/service is assigned to.

Select a product/service that has been assigned to one or more campaigns, indicated by a number in the Campaigns (Cmpgns) column, and then click the [Campaigns] button to display a screen listing the campaign(s) the product/service has been assigned to.  This is also available when right-clicking the product/service row.
